"I’ve had the best and most transparent customer service experience with Leo Nieves from Tim Crosby State Farm. Leo first reached out to me about two years ago during a renewal cycle asking if I was interested in a quote. While I was not in the market, he provided one and was very professional and courteous after I passed up on the quote. We revisited the quotes on several other occasions and continued to pass, until this past month. I called Leo and he jumped on my request immediately for both Auto and Home. We agreed to move forward, he was very thorough on his explanation of all the coverages and discounts available. If you are in the market for insurance, do not hesitate to call Leo. You will not be disappointed."

"For months, I had rashes that spread throughout my body that wouldn't stop until one day I woke up with the most excruciating pain. I came to find out that I was suffering from a skin disease called Topical Steroid Withdrawal, an iatrogenic condition caused by various forms of steroids I had taken throughout my life to treat eczema and other conditions. At night, I would feel thousands of needles piercing my skin due to the nerve damage caused by the steroids. My skin would become bright red and hot to the touch. I would have flare-ups that would have me on the floor crying and begging God to help me. I would take cold showers over ten times a day to try to relieve the pain. The itch was so deep and strong that I would scratch until my flesh opened. My skin was so thin that it would RIP just from moving. I was lucky if I could sleep one hour a day. If I managed to sleep, I would wake up with blood all over my bedsheets. My partner, a former employee of this office, took care of me while still putting his 100% into this job. He needed some flexibility and compassion, but was offered none. All he needed was to work from home temporarily, but was denied. They never tried to work anything out with him. They just wanted him at the office everyday while the other employee of this office was allowed to work remotely full-time and take off whenever he wanted to with no pushback. There was a double standard between what was expected of my partner and the other employee. The owner of this branch Tim Crosby and the "office manager" were very angry about my partner's dire situation. They even asked him, "When do you think she will get better?" Can you imagine somebody asking this about someone who is gravely ill? I would do anything to recover. I had been housebound and bedbound for over two months. I wouldn't wish this suffering on my worst enemy. I am stunned that they are so heartless and vile. My partner loved his job, but he was treated very poorly. He started this job in February of 2023. My partner had made 30 sales in March and it was only his second month there. His boss looked at the wrong spreadsheet in April and thought he had only made 10 sales in March. He pulled my partner into his office and proceeded to scream at him and then complain to him about how little money he had. Even if my partner had done poorly that month, Tim Crosby had no right to scream at him like that. My partner wanted to quit right then and there, but decided to give Tim a second chance. Fast forward to August 2023 when my disease was at its worst. My partner's health was already deteriorating prior to my disease, and he asked for some flexibility so that he could take care of both himself and me. During the first few months of his job, he was already losing his appetite from all the stress. Around two weeks ago, I started to regain consciousness again and saw the situation that my partner and I were in. I had made significant progress in my recovery! I had a serious talk with him and told him that his health was the most important thing in this world, that there was absolutely no pressure for him to continue this job if he really didn't want to. He finally admitted to me that he had wanted to quit for some time, especially after he was called a “motherf*cker” by Tim for not being able to quote the dog grooming business downstairs right away. I told him that I would be supportive of him no matter what. When my partner was resigning earlier this week, Tim Crosby did not want him to quit and insinuated to him that he should abandon me for being sick. He asked him, "Are you with her out of convenience or do you really love her?" I switched my insurance to State Farm after my partner started his job there in February. He was so dedicated and really wanted this office to succeed. I just realized that I am a customer to a business that does not regard me as a human being. I am grateful that I was able to see people's true colors during my lowest point. This is why I am giving two stars instead of one."

"Tim and his team have been truly Amazing!! We use statefarm for our business as well ad for our personal policy’s and they have made the experience so easy!! Insurance can sometimes be difficult to understand and navigate and Tim has always been available to help us through it all!! Also during our time with Statefarm we experienced a huge tropical storm so many people were at total losses with vehicles/homes everything. My transition from my car to rental to getting a new one was completed within 2/3 weeks while others had to wait months for there insurance company to complete the claim."

"During the process of buying out my lease, John Miller of State Farm Insurance was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I have been a customer of State Farm Insurance for 20+ years (auto & home ins.) and they keep getting better and better.
